Plant Human Resources Manager

As a Factory HR professional at our Mumbai location in Wada, Palghar, you will be expected to have at least 6 to 12 years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Factory HR & ER Exposure within the FMCG and Manufacturing industry. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring harmonious industrial relations at the factory level, aiming for zero work stoppage, and ensuring compliance with all work norms and practices for workmen as per SOP/ LTS. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing all HR systems and policies within the factory, as well as collaborating with departmental managers to develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for all workmen/employees. Your ability to conduct domestic enquiries for workmen/employees in compliance with legal procedures will be crucial in maintaining a fair and compliant work environment.
