Role Overview

Role Name:Plant HRBP

Reporting to: Lead HR-Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Managing complete Recruitment Life Cycle including Manpower planning, resourcing both internal & external manpower, identifying the possible sources, selecting the best candidate and negotiating & fitting them at right place at right time.
• Aligned with business to understand the business needs in terms of HR supports, manpower requirement, making organization structure defining job descriptions for all unique positions.
• Managing HR Operations and employee relations across manufacturing plant.
• Supporting through key people topics like manpower budgeting, performance management, internal job opportunities.
• Employees connect and employee engagement.
• Managing employee communication and rewards & recognition.
• Supporting the business in having critical employee conversations; providing feedback for improvement, employee retention and so on.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate, MBA is preferable
• Experience: 5+ years of experience.
• Experience handling blue collared manpower.
• Languages: English and Hindi.
