Role Overview Role Name: Plant HRBP Reporting to: Lead HR-Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Managing the complete Recruitment Life Cycle, including Manpower planning, resourcing both internal & external manpower, identifying possible sources, selecting the best candidates, and negotiating & placing them in the right positions at the right time. Aligning with the business to understand HR support needs, manpower requirements, creating the organization structure, and defining job descriptions for all unique positions. Overseeing HR Operations and employee relations across the manufacturing plant. Providing support on key people topics such as manpower budgeting, performance management, internal job opportunities, employee connect, and employee engagement. Managing employee communication, rewards & recognition, and supporting critical employee conversations for improvement, employee retention, and more. Key Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate, MBA is preferable. Experience: 5+ years of experience, with a focus on handling blue-collared manpower. Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
