Position Title: Plant HR Manager – Multi-site Manufacturing Location: India (flexible within major industrial or manufacturing hubs) Employment Type: Full-Time | Mid-to-Senior Level Industry: Industrial Manufacturing / Renewable Energy / Engineering Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Plant HR Manager to oversee human resources operations across three manufacturing plants in India. The role is responsible for end-to-end HR management at the site level, ensuring effective workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, talent management, and coordination with corporate HR leadership. This is a key operational role, requiring a candidate with prior experience managing HR for multiple manufacturing units, preferably within the energy, automotive, engineering, or broader industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all HR functions across three manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with business and production needs. Drive site-level HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, disciplinary actions, and compliance. Act as a key point of contact for plant leadership on all people-related matters. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and EHS-linked HR standards. Partner with corporate HR and business leadership to implement organizational policies and workforce initiatives. Support union/labor relations management where applicable and maintain a stable, productive workforce. Supervise and develop site-level HR teams to ensure consistent execution across all locations. Qualifications: 10+ years of HR experience with at least 3–5 years in multi-site manufacturing HR management. Strong familiarity with plant HR operations, labor law compliance, workforce management, and union handling. Background in manufacturing, automotive, energy, or engineering sectors is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
