About Us A leading player in the additives industry, this company specializes in the research, development, and sales of a diverse range of wax products, including polyethylene wax, oxidized polyethylene wax, and wax emulsions. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility featuring over 100 specialized devices, the company is dedicated to delivering innovative and environmentally friendly additive solutions tailored for various industries. Our product line includes high-performance wax additives designed to enhance the quality and functionality of applications such as anti-scratch coatings and polishing agents. Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans and sales targets in accordance with company policies. Be responsible for the product promotion and sales tasks of the coatings, inks, rubber, and plastic industries in Malaysia, as well as corresponding industries in other Southeast Asian countries. Fully understand market changes and competitor conditions, and formulate countermeasures. Be responsible for market development, including printing inks, industrial coatings, plastics, and new industries like water-based coatings, fruit coatings, and textiles, as well as relationships with agents and distributors. Maintain and develop customer relationships, conduct customer credit investigations, and establish record keeping. Achieve sales targets, including product promotion, sales, and collection of payments. Handle contract negotiations, signings, and daily customer relationship management. Collect market and competitor information, and conduct market research. Develop and manage sales channels. Apply for regional incentive policies based on performance achievements. Perform work items assigned by the superior supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field. Relevant experience in sales or marketing within the chemical or materials industry is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and competitor performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
