Plant HR Generalist

Looking for a Plant HR generalist for a D2C brand!

Responsibilities

• HR Operations:

o Maintain and monitor attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and workforce planning.

o Manage HRMS, payroll inputs, overtime, and attendance incentives.

o Ensure accurate documentation and records of all employees, contractors, and interns.

• Compliance & Statutory:

o Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, factories act).

o Liaise with government bodies and support audits (HR, labour, EHS).

• Employee Lifecycle Management:

o Handle onboarding, orientation, confirmation, performance appraisals, and exit processes.

o Ensure regular feedback loops and timely grievance redressal.

• Recruitment & Talent Management:

o Coordinate with HO for manpower planning and hiring

• Employee Engagement & Culture:

o Foster a positive and productive work environment.

o Plan welfare activities, team events, and wellness initiatives.

o Ensure adherence to company values and discipline policy on the shop floor.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in pharma, FMCG, food, or cosmetics manufacturing.

• Good knowledge of labour laws, ESI/PF, and factory regulations.

• Good interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

• Fluency in Hindi and English (preferred).

• Bachelor's or Master's in HRM, Industrial Relations, or related field.

• Experience working at a Plant/Factory/Manufacturing unit or warehouses is preferred
