Job Description

Plant Head Production (Medical Textiles / Orthopaedic Products)

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall plant operations, overseeing production, planning, process optimization, and manpower management.

- Develop and implement production strategies to ensure efficient utilization of resources, cost control, and timely delivery.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, and safety across the manufacturing unit.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, maintenance, supply chain, and R&D.

- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, ISO, and medical device manufacturing standards.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 50+ production and technical staff to achieve performance targets.

- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports for management review.

- Maintain a focus on safety, compliance, and sustainable operations.

### Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Textile Engineering

- Minimum 15 years of experience in production management, ideally within medical devices, healthcare textiles, or related manufacturing sectors.

- Proven leadership in managing large teams and end-to-end plant operations.

- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, process control, and lean manufacturing techniques.

- Experience implementing quality systems aligned with ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 standards.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational excellence and foster team collaboration.
