JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION PLANT MANAGER

1. Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth running of operations.

2. Check TC & composition of logs. Monitor productivity , raw material quality and availability as well as ensure smooth operations of machines.

3. Guide teams on recovery and rework improvements.

4. Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance with team to avoid breakdowns and ensure equipment reliability.

5. Implement processes , analyze quality data and drive improvements

6. Define digital process needs, test software and sign off on solutions.

7. Manage performance , develop teams , ensure safety compliances and handle grievances.

8. Ensure quality standards are met.

9. Well versed with all aluminium alloy standards and extrusion processes.

10. Should possess full knowledge of die tools and accessories.

11. Should have full technical knowledge of hot log machine , extrusion press , die oven , ageing furnace and melting furnace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
