Plant Head

Key Responsibilities:-

Operations & Planning

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with business goals
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards

Supply Chain Management

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, and logistics
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow and timely dispatch

Plant Maintenance

• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities
• Drive equipment reliability, uptime improvement, and cost optimization initiatives

Leadership & Team Building

• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional plant teams
• Build a strong performance-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement

ERP / SAP

• Ensure effective usage of

  ERP / SAP

  for production planning, inventory management, reporting, and controls
• Drive data accuracy, process standardization, and system compliance

Key Skills & Competencies:-

• Strong knowledge of

  plant operations and production planning

• Expertise in

  supply chain and inventory management

• Sound understanding of

  plant maintenance and engineering functions

• Proven

  people leadership and team management

  skills
• Hands-on experience with

  ERP / SAP systems

• Exposure to

  FMCG / Pharma / Beauty & Personal Care manufacturing environments

Experience & Qualifications:-

• 10+ years

  of relevant experience in plant/manufacturing leadership roles
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong operational, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
