Planning Manager

Location: HO, Mumbai Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Real Estate Planning Reporting to: Director / MD Position Type: Full-time Offered CTC: Rs. 9,00,000/- to Rs. 12,00,000/- per annual Working Days: 6 Days working (Alternate Saturdays & All Sundays Off) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Planning Manager to oversee and manage the planning function for our ongoing Projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and managing project schedules, coordinating with execution and technical teams, and ensuring seamless progress tracking from excavation to final handover. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update project schedules, WBS, milestone charts using Primavera (P6) or MS Project Develop execution plans and look-ahead schedules for structure, MEP, and finishing works Monitor daily/weekly progress and identify deviations/slippages, and update baseline plans accordingly Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants for aligning on-site activities with the master schedule Forecast material requirement timelines in sync with procurement Monitor execution of all major scopes including RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, MEP, finishing, etc. Interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and GFCs to build logical workflows and sequencing Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and progress summaries for management Participate in internal review meetings and provide planning inputs to support site coordination Highlight project risks/delays and suggest corrective measures to prevent timeline overruns Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning within the real estate construction industry B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory Proficient in Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel Good understanding of execution planning across structure, finishing, and services Familiarity with MMR construction practices and project delivery models Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about design and branding in the real estate sector, we'd love to hear from you!
