Planning Billing Manager

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for FB projects using Microsoft Project (MSP).

• Collaborate with project teams to collect progress data and update schedules to reflect actual status and forecasted timelines.

• Track project milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities to ensure on-time project completion.

• Coordinate with construction, procurement, and design teams to align project schedules with billing milestones.

• Prepare and review monthly billing statements, payment applications, and change order documentation according to contract terms.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure timely payments.

• Monitor project budgets and expenditures related to billing and forecasting.

• Generate regular reports on project progress, schedule status, and billing summary for management and client review.

• Implement best practices in project planning and billing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.

• Support audits and project financial reviews by maintaining clear and accurate documentation.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning and billing, preferably within the Food Beverage sector and PMC environment.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Project (MSP) for scheduling and progress tracking.

• Strong knowledge of billing processes, contract management, and project financial controls.

• Familiarity with Food Beverage project workflows, deliverables, and industry-specific compliance standards.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP)
