Job Description

Planning and Scheduling:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to gather project requirements and constraints.
  • Use project management software to create and update schedules, ensuring all project activities are tracked.
  • Monitor project progress against the schedule, identifying and addressing any deviations or delays.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that the project is progressing according to the plan.

Billing and Invoicing:

  • Prepare detailed billing schedules based on project milestones and contractual agreements.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of invoices.
  • Verify and validate contractor and subcontractor bills for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain records of all billing and payment activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Resolve any billing discrepancies in coordination with project managers and finance teams.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate regular progress reports for project stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, billing records, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost forecasts.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Facilitate regular meetings with project teams to review progress and address any issues.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project timelines and billing matters.
  • Provide support in negotiating contracts and agreements related to project planning and billing.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and billing within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6), and accounting software.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and financial management.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
