Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Planning Engineer with hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and MS Project to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation, monitoring, and control of project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules at various levels (L1 to L4) using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Monitor and track daily project progress and compare with the baseline schedule.
• Highlight deviations to management and assist in timely resolution through stakeholder coordination.
• Manage schedule updates and support delay analysis, critical path identification, and resource planning.
• Generate S-Curves, Earned Value Management (EVM) reports, and other schedule performance indicators.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Construction teams.
• Assist in preparation of resource loading plans, progress reports, and management dashboards using Power BI and MS Excel.
• Understand and interpret engineering documents, construction drawings, and Inspection Test Plans.
• Provide input for fabrication and construction sequencing and workflow planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Integrated Management System (IMS) standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Industrial preferred).
• Practical experience in Primavera P6 (EPPM preferred) and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles and engineering deliverables.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Familiar with baseline vs actual analysis, critical path method (CPM), and network diagrams.
• Experience in Production Planning & Control for Proprietary Equipment, Piping, and EPC Projects.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with project stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
