Job Purpose

Placement Head/Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new corporate leads for learner placements, internships, training programs, and partnerships.
  
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate partners.
  
• Coordinate end-to-end placement processes as per corporate client requirements.
  
• Align and schedule a minimum of 30 interviews per month with IT companies and corporate clients.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly placement and partnership targets through strategic initiatives.
  
• Design and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand presence.
  
• Collaborate with internal academic and training teams to align candidate readiness with corporate expectations.
  
• Maintain placement data, generate reports, and track hiring trends for continuous improvement.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:

  2 to 10 years in placements, recruitment, or corporate relations (preferably with strong IT industry network).

• Age:

  Below 35 years.
• Established network with IT companies and recruiters is essential.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong planning, organizing, and execution abilities.
  
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, bulk email tools, and WhatsApp automation tools.
  
• Result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
