Job Opening: Placement Officer (Full-Time)

About Us:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with IT companies hiring in
SAP
, Data Science, Ai Streams, etc.
Drive placement activities: recruitment drives, job fairs, virtual interviews.
Coordinate with training teams to match candidates with suitable openings.
Guide students on resumes, interviews, and career direction.
Maintain placement records and achieve placement targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (HR, IT, or related fields preferred).
3+ years
of experience in placements, recruitment, or business development.
Strong network in
SAP hiring
(FICO, MM, ABAP, etc.) and IT market.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented.

Preferred:

CRO (Career Relationship Officers)
highly preferred.
Fluency in
English & Tamil
.
Experience in SAP/technical recruitment.
Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn outreach.
