Collaborate with the Management team to align business strategies with customer needs. Qualifications 3-8 years of business development experience in BFSI, educational institutions, or similar sectors. Proven track record in sales/marketing with the ability to pitch courses and generate bulk enrollments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build networks and relationships. Willingness to travel extensively across the country. Demonstrated people management and coordination skills in diverse environments. Revenue generation mindset – this is a target-driven role with both fixed and variable compensation. Role Overview The Placement Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, managing end-to-end placement activities, supporting students in their career preparation, and ensuring smooth execution of campus recruitment drives. The role requires proactive outreach to companies, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to represent MYRA School of Business (MSB) professionally to external stakeholders. Responsibilities 1. Recruiter Engagement & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters across industries. Proactively reach out to new companies for campus placements and internships. Act as point of contact between recruiters and MSB. 2. Placement Operations Plan, organize, and execute placement drives (on-campus and virtual). Coordinate logistics for recruiter visits including hospitality, travel, and accommodations. Maintain accurate placement records, reports, and databases. Ensure compliance with the MSB Placement Policy. 3. Student Support & Preparation Mentor and guide students on resume building, interview readiness, and professional conduct. Share job descriptions, eligibility criteria, and timelines with students. Address student queries related to job opportunities, placement policy, and interview processes. 4. Data & Reporting Maintain detailed statistics on placements, offers, CTC trends, and industry benchmarks. Prepare periodic reports for management review. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of student and company data. 5. Institutional Branding & Outreach Represent MSB at career fairs, HR conclaves, and networking events. Enhance visibility of MSB in the corporate community. Collaborate with marketing and alumni relations teams to strengthen industry connections.
