Role Overview The Placement Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, managing end-to-end placement activities, supporting students in their career preparation, and ensuring smooth execution of campus recruitment drives. Responsibilities 1. Recruiter Engagement & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters across industries. Placement Operations Plan, organize, and execute placement drives (on-campus and virtual). Coordinate logistics for recruiter visits including hospitality, travel, and accommodations.
