Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to drive the marketing and sales of our BFSI-based short-term certification courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and ensuring smooth enrollment processes across undergraduate colleges and corporates. Responsibilities Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and ensure business growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with undergraduate colleges and corporate clients, promoting MSB’s certification courses. Coordinate cohorts, ensuring smooth operations in collaboration with faculty, facilities, and customers. Be the first point of contact for clients and manage their expectations and deliverables. Collaborate with the Management team to align business strategies with customer needs. Qualifications 3-8 years of business development experience in BFSI, educational institutions, or similar sectors. Proven track record in sales/marketing with the ability to pitch courses and generate bulk enrollments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build networks and relationships. Willingness to travel extensively across the country. Demonstrated people management and coordination skills in diverse environments. Revenue generation mindset – this is a target-driven role with both fixed and variable compensation.
