Job Role

To strengthen our admissions; student engagement team, we are looking for a dedicated

Counsellor to join us at our Mysore campus.

Location: MYRA School of Business, Mysore

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and provide accurate information about our MBA/PGDM programs.
• Guide prospective students through the admission process with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and applicants to ensure smooth conversion.
• Counsel students on career opportunities, program benefits, and institute strengths.
• Support admission events, seminars, and outreach activities as required.
• Maintain student databases, enquiry logs, and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
• 0–1 year of experience in counselling/admissions/academic support (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication (English, Kannada, and Hindi) and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for guiding students and helping them make informed career choices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
