About the Role:

Student Counsellor

telecalling, academic counselling, and career guidance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  outbound and inbound calls

  to prospective students and professionals.

• Understand learner needs

  , interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses or programs.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.

• Counsel walk-in and online inquiries

  about academic programs, eligibility, and career outcomes.
• Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to meet

  enrollment targets

• Assist in organizing

  seminars, webinars, and career counselling sessions

  .
• Provide accurate information about course structure, fees, schedules, and placement assistance.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude to ensure a great experience for every candidate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Business, Education, or a related field

  .
• Proven experience in

  student counselling, telecalling, or sales

  (preferably in the education sector).
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Strong ability to

  persuade and convert leads

  into admissions.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office / CRM software

  .
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in counselling for

  IT, management, or certification programs

  .
• Knowledge of

  local education trends

  and learner expectations.
• Fluency in

  English and regional languages

  .
