Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies, industries, and recruiters to facilitate job placements.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship programs.
• Guide and mentor students on resume building, interview techniques, and career planning.
• Coordinate with academic departments to align industry requirements with student skill sets.
• Maintain a database of potential recruiters, job openings, and student placements.
• Ensure students are well-prepared for the hiring process through training sessions and workshops.
• Keep track of employment trends and market demands to improve placement strategies.
• Develop strong alumni networks for career support and mentorship opportunities.
• Handle placement-related documentation, reporting, and compliance with institute policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in placement coordination, students placements , or career counseling.
• Strong networking skills with industry professionals and corporate recruiters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to organize and conduct placement-related activities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portal management.

Preferred:

• Experience working in an educational institution.
• Familiarity with campus recruitment and internship programs.
