Role Overview:

The Placement Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals to facilitate job placements for our trained candidates. The role involves end-to-end management of placement activities, including student grooming, interview coordination, and maintaining placement records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain partnerships with IT companies, startups, and corporate clients for student placements.
  
• Coordinate with HRs and hiring managers to identify job opportunities and share relevant student profiles.
  
• Conduct pre-placement activities such as resume reviews, mock interviews, and soft-skill sessions.
  
• Track student performance and ensure they are industry-ready by the end of training.
  
• Organize placement drives, campus recruitment sessions, and job fairs.
  
• Maintain placement records and provide regular reports to management.
  
• Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to align student skill sets with market requirements.
  
• Manage student communication and ensure transparency regarding placement updates.
  
• Negotiate job offers and packages in coordination with company HRs.
  
• Promote A2M INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITEDs placement success through digital and offline channels.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
  
• 2–5 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or recruitment.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Knowledge of current IT industry trends and hiring requirements.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and meet placement targets.
