Placement Officer

As a Client Relationship Executive at TeamLease EdTech, you will be responsible for various key tasks including: - Mapping clients and securing open vacancies and On the Job Training (OJT) opportunities for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students. - Counselling students and preparing them for interviews with clients. - Conducting visits to centers and partners to ensure orientation programs are completed for all enrolled students. - Actively seeking new open positions and expanding the employer base. - Ensuring the placement of all students enrolled in affiliated universities for our Apprenticeship embedded degree programs. - Facilitating the OJT process for selected students and collecting OJT/Offer letters & OJT Completion letters from clients promptly. - Meeting placement and revenue targets by effectively managing the process. - Scheduling and conducting candidate screening, evaluation, and interviews both over the phone and in-person.
