This is a contract-based, work- from-home position where trainers will be paid on a commission basis. Initially, trainers will receive 30% commission for each enrolled student, with the potential for increased commissions (up to 35% or more) as student enrolments grow. Key Responsibilities: Conduct 1-hour live online sessions focusing on DevOps principles, tools, and real-world implementation. Deliver hands-on training in tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Terraform, AWS/Azure, etc. ¢ ¢ ¢ Guide students through real-time projects and industry use cases. Offer personalized feedback and mentorship. Stay updated with current DevOps trends and tools to ensure relevant course delivery. 1 A2M INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED Compensation Structure: ¢ ¢ ¢ Trainers will earn a 30% commission on fees paid by each enrolled student. Commission may increase up to 35% or higher based on course demand and student enrolments. Payments are entirely commission-based, with earnings depending on the number of students trained. Qualifications: ¢ Strong working knowledge of DevOps tools and cloud platforms ¢ Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, CKA) preferred ¢ Prior experience in training/teaching (online preferred) ¢ Excellent communication and mentoring skills ¢ Ability to simplify complex technical topics for beginners. Requirements: ¢ ¢ ¢ Availability to conduct sessions during evening hours (7:30 PM - 8:30 PM IST). A stable internet connection and a computer/laptop for conducting online sessions. Ability to work on a commission-based structure and drive student enrolments through effective teaching. 2
