Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer located in Coimbatore. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, establishing connections with potential employers, and facilitating career counseling and training for students. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and conducting placement activities, maintaining records of student placements, and providing guidance and support to students in their career development. Qualifications Experience in Campus Placement and establishing connections with employers Strong Communication skills and ability to build relationships Expertise in Career Counseling and providing guidance to students Experience in Training and Education sectors Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
