Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer located in Coimbatore. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, establishing connections with potential employers, and facilitating career counseling and training for students. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and conducting placement activities, maintaining records of student placements, and providing guidance and support to students in their career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Campus Placement and establishing connections with employers
• Strong Communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Expertise in Career Counseling and providing guidance to students
• Experience in Training and Education sectors
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
