Position Overview:We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Placement Officer with 2–5 years of experienceto join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing campus placement activities,building relationships with corporate partners, and guiding students to achieve successful careeroutcomes. This role requires excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate campus placement activities, including pre-placement talks, interviews, and offermanagement.- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters and industry stakeholders.- Identify job opportunities and internships relevant to students’ profiles and academic backgrounds.- Assist students with resume preparation, interview skills, and career guidance workshops.- Maintain a database of students, placement records, and recruiter contacts.- Track industry trends and job market developments to align placement strategies.- Organize career fairs, industry visits, and employer engagement events.- Ensure timely communication between students and recruiters throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field.- 2–5 years of experience in placement coordination, talent acquisition, or career services.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to engage with students and corporate clients professionally.- Familiarity with job portals, campus hiring platforms, and placement tracking tools.- Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing events and processes.

Preferred Attributes:- Prior experience working with educational institutions or training institutes.- Network of corporate contacts across industries such as IT, Finance, Marketing, etc.- Comfortable working in a target-driven and student-focused environment.
