Job Title: IT Recruiter

Sourcing strategies.
- Identify qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn),employee referrals, and social networks.- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ technical fit, communication skills, andalignment with organizational values.- Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure a seamless candidate experience.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, andother hiring events as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a corporate or staffingenvironment.- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and current market trends.- Proficiency in using sourcing tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with tightdeadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience hiring for both product and service-based IT companies.- Exposure to volume hiring, campus recruitment, or diversity hiring is an advantage.- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting
