Placement Manager

Develop and implement effective placement strategy for online students of all degree and certification courses offered by UNext and its partners.

Ensure successful conduction of regular and timely placement drives (approximately 30 drives per quarter) to provide ample placement opportunities for online learners with a deep focus on Management and IT programs.

Conduct employability assessments and learner workshops for needful interventions to improve the overall employability quotient of the learners who are interested in placement assistance.

Student profiling understand the profiles of students from various courses and categorize them to bring relevant job opportunities from various domains that increase the chances of placement.

Orientation session for placement readiness for every upcoming batch / cohort.

Connect with learners at regular intervals to keep their preparation warm to ensure their readiness to face opportunities.

Coordinate and organize online career fairs at least once every six months.

Create dashboards to track various placement related activities and maintain accurate placement records and allied reports on an ongoing basis.

Nurture the existing client base and add new clients to the existing database.

Coordinate collection of success stories and testimonials from placed candidates.

Work with the marketing and the content team to create assets for key placement related highlights.
