Key Responsibilities: Campus Placements (UG): Drive placement efforts for undergraduate students across various streams, ensuring successful job offers and internships. Corporate Relations: Establish and manage strong relationships with 500+ leading companies (HR Heads, TA Managers, CXOs) to create opportunities for UG students. Placement Targets: Strategize and achieve targets for final placements, internships, and Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs). Logistics & Coordination: Organize and manage all aspects of on-campus and virtual placement drives. Corporate Engagement: Facilitate guest lectures, workshops, and corporate events to expose students to industry insights. Student Readiness: Coordinate soft skills training, interview preparation, and grooming sessions for enhanced employability. Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate placement records, offer letters, and audit-related documentation. Alumni Connect: Leverage alumni networks to generate placement leads and mentoring opportunities.
