As a Placements & Corporate Relations Manager at Entri, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the placement process of learners and ensure their successful transition into their desired jobs. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with employers, managing stakeholder relationships, creating trackers and reports, as well as leading and scaling your own team and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and communicate the Entri Value Proposition effectively to prospective hiring partners. - Organize career fairs, workshops, and information sessions to facilitate connections between learners and employers. - Acquire and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive placements. - Lead initiatives for career counselling, job search strategies, interview preparation, and resume building sessions for students. - Manage a team of placement coordinators, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure efficient execution of placement drives. - Develop a Management Information System (MIS) for student placements and create a database of recruiting industries and organizations. - Track and manage student placement data, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement. - Represent the institution at industry events, job fairs, and networking events to expand the network of potential recruiters and job opportunities. - Gather feedback from students and employers post-placement and utilize insights to continuously enhance the placement process. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Corporate Relations, recruitment, and key account management. - Sound understanding of placement activities is advantageous. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Experience in managing and scaling teams. - Proficient in maintaining data and generating reports. - Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline, preferably Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Ed-Tech experience is a significant advantage. - Proficiency in Malayalam and English languages.
