Placement Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Student Relations & Placement Support: (Placement Counselling)

• Engage with all learners and maintain rapport with them
• Be approachable to Learners and address all and any queries related to placements and careers
• Counsel learners about industry trends, TAFs, placement process and help them in building a positive mindset towards available opportunities
• Ensure students apply for TAFs and adhere to placement processes.
• Motivate and help students to get placed.
• Devise and implement strategies to maximise placement selection and joining

2. Employer Relationship Management: (Local TAFs)

• Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with city level recruiter accounts.
• Meet a range of employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences, sell EB as a talent provider.
• Regularly update employer contacts about our training programs and the skills developed by our students.
• Generate local level TAFs on a monthly basis and service them with talented EB job seekers.

3. Job Application Support:

• Coordinate and empower the CPT with student data and TAF needs
• Popularise TAFs offered by CPT among all students and maximize applications
• Get maximum learners to apply for available TAFs
• Coordinate and guide the learner on the interview process, track progress and identify challenges.
• Devise and implement strategies to maximise placement selection and joining

4. Networking and Outreach:

• Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to expand the network of potential employers and stay updated on industry trends.
• Engage with industry professionals / placement agencies to create additional job placement opportunities.
• Stay informed about changes in industry demands and job market trends to enhance the effectiveness of job placement strategies
