Job Overview

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ramayana Vishwavidyalaya, Ayodhya is inviting applications for the position of Placement Manager. The role involves managing campus placement activities, strengthening industry relationships, and enhancing student employability through training and coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlacement & Industry Relations

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies for student placements and internships
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer engagement activities
• Coordinate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and eligibility criteria
• Ensure consistent placement opportunities for eligible students

Training & Skill Development

• Identify skill gaps among students and plan suitable training programs
• Organize aptitude, soft skills, communication, and interview preparation sessions
• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and resume-building workshops

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with academic departments to assess student readiness
• Act as a point of contact between students, faculty members, and recruiters
• Communicate placement guidelines, schedules, and updates clearly to students

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain updated records of placements, recruiters, and student data
• Prepare monthly and annual placement performance reports
• Track outcomes of training and placement activities

Additional Duties

• Facilitate industry collaborations and institutional MoUs
• Manage internship programs and evaluate student performance
• Organize seminars, guest lectures, and career guidance sessions

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (Management preferred)
• Prior experience in placement, training, or corporate relations (education sector preferred)
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
