Placement Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Placement Manager role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

• Responsible for building partnerships with companies for placement opportunities, coordinating recruitment drives and campus placements, and ensuring students are well-prepared for interviews.
• Additional responsibilities include networking with industry professionals, maintaining placement records, and providing career guidance to students while aligning with industry demands.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills to foster relationships with companies and stakeholders
• Experience in data tracking, reporting, and maintaining placement records
• Familiarity with the animation, VFX, design, and creative industry trends is advantageous
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and ensure effective student mentorship for career preparation
• Required a minimum of 3 years proven experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or similar roles
