Placement Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Manager to manage and drive placement activities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong industry connections, and excellent computer knowledge to handle placement-related data and correspondence efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and hiring partners Organize and conduct campus placement drives and job fairs Prepare students for interviews (resume building, mock interviews, soft skills) Maintain detailed records of placements and prepare reports as required Coordinate with training teams to align student skills with market demand Explore opportunities for internships, OJT, and apprenticeships Handle placement tracking systems and generate MIS reports Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate relations Excellent computer knowledge – MS Office, emails, reporting tools, and online platforms Strong communication and networking skills Ability to work independently and under pressure
