Job Description

Responsible for leading the Training & Placement Cell, building strong industry relationships, and ensuring maximum student placements across Engineering, Management, Pharmacy and other programs.

Key Responsibilities :-

Develop and execute annual placement strategies.
Build and maintain strong corporate relationships for campus drives.
Organize job fairs, industry interactions, and placement drives.
Facilitate internships, industrial training, and live projects for students.
Maintain placement records and publish reports.
Engage alumni for mentoring and career opportunities.

Skills & Competencies:-

Excellent communications, networking, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of industry trends and recruitment practices.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Placement Management Software.

Qualification & Experience :-

MBA/PGDM in HR/Marketing or equivalent.
8-12 years in Corporate Relations, Training & Placements, or Recruitment.

Key Performance Indicators :-

% of students placed.
Number of new recruiters added.
Average package offered.
Industry tie-ups and MoUs signed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
