Job Summary

The Placement Executive will be responsible for supporting students in their career development, coordinating with employers for job placements, and managing end-to-end placement activities at the center.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support:

Guide students on career opportunities, resume writing, and interview preparation.

Conduct training sessions on 21st-century skills (curriculum provided).

Follow up with students for course completion and assignment submissions.

Prepare and mobilize students for placement drives and interviews.

Conduct mock interviews and personality development sessions.

Industry Relations:

Develop and maintain relationships with hiring partners and IT companies.

Identify and share suitable job opportunities for students.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiters.

Placement Process Management:

Organize and manage campus recruitment drives and job fairs.

Track and maintain placement data and success metrics.

Training Collaboration:

Coordinate with trainers to align student training with industry requirements.

Share placement feedback to improve training quality.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain an up-to-date database of students, employers, and placements.

Prepare reports and share placement progress with management.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the IT job market and hiring trends.
• Excellent coordination and relationship management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation work.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in Business Administration, HR, or related fields)
