Placement Executive

In your role as a Placement Executive at ISSD, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying job vacancies, and supporting candidate placements through effective communication and coordination. You will need to coordinate with client HR/Admin/Managers to understand current and upcoming vacancies, maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new clients, and source job opportunities for placements. Additionally, you will communicate job requirements clearly to the internal team and potential candidates, maintain accurate records of vacancies and placements, and meet targets related to placement numbers and client satisfaction. You will also provide support in screening and shortlisting candidates as required, represent the organization in client meetings and review sessions, and ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up for placed candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with client HR/Admin/Managers to understand current and upcoming vacancies - Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new clients - Source job opportunities and create pipelines for placements - Communicate job requirements clearly to the internal team and potential candidates - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vacancies and placements - Meet targets related to placement numbers and client satisfaction - Provide support in screening and shortlisting candidates as required - Represent the organization in client meetings and review sessions - Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up for placed candidates Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus) - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Confidence, leadership, and ability to multitask effectively - A team player with a positive, learning-oriented attitude In addition to the role specifics, ISSD is a leader in job-oriented courses in India with over 34 years of experience in the educational field and around 250 personnel working with the organization.
