Placement Executive

The Placement Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with employers to facilitate job placements for students or trainees. The role involves coordinating campus drives, identifying suitable employment opportunities, preparing candidates for interviews, and ensuring successful placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop relationships with potential employers and industry partners for student placements.
• Coordinate placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment activities.
• Understand employer requirements and match them with suitable candidates.
• Prepare and maintain a database of students, alumni, and placement opportunities.
• Conduct pre-placement orientation sessions, resume workshops, and mock interviews to improve student employability.
• Follow up with placed candidates and employers to ensure smooth onboarding and feedback collection.
• Prepare placement reports, employer feedback summaries, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with training and mobilization teams to align candidate readiness with market demand.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets as defined by management.

• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Good understanding of local job markets and industry requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
• Target-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
