Placement Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Campus Coordination:

  Build and maintain relationships with colleges, training institutes, and universities for student placements.

• Recruiter Engagement:

  Identify and onboard recruiters to hire freshers and experienced candidates from our partner campuses.

• Drive Management:

  Coordinate virtual and on-campus drives—handling schedules, job postings, and candidate participation.

• Student Support:

  Guide students on job applications, resume preparation, and interview readiness.

• Data Management:

  Maintain accurate student, recruiter, and placement records in the CRM.

• Target Achievement:

  Meet monthly placement and recruiter engagement targets.

• Feedback & Improvement:

  Gather feedback from recruiters and colleges to refine processes and improve placement outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience:

  1–3 years in campus placements, recruitment coordination, or corporate relations (freshers with strong networking skills may apply).

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Hindi; ability to present confidently to both students and recruiters.

• Networking:

  Strong relationship-building abilities with academic institutions and corporates.

• Organization:

  Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple drives simultaneously.

• Tech Skills:

  Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms.

• Attitude:

  Proactive, approachable, and target-oriented with a passion for connecting talent to opportunities.
