Placement Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Placement Director to join our team. As the primary point of contact for job seekers & employers, the Placement Director will play a critical role in connecting job seekers with the right job opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a deep understanding of the job market, and a passion for helping people find fulfilling careers.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide one-on-one career counseling and job placement services to job seekers
• Screen job openings and match job seekers with appropriate opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job openings and promote the organization's job placement services
• Conduct outreach to community organizations and local schools to raise awareness of job placement services
• Provide job search support, including resume and cover letter writing assistance, interview preparation, and negotiation strategies
• Maintain accurate records of job seekers' progress and job placement outcomes
• Stay current on local job market trends and available job opportunities

• Strong network of professional contacts across various industries
