Hiring: (Pan India) Placement Head – Aviation & Hospitality

📍 Location: Pan India (Travel Friendly)

💰 CTC: Up to 25 LPA

We are looking for an accomplished professional to join a leading Aviation & Hospitality training organization as a Pan India Placement Head.

The role involves leading placement operations across centres nationwide, ensuring 90%+ student placements within the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service sectors. The ideal candidate should have 15 years of experience and a proven record of managing 10,000–15,000 placements annually.

Key responsibilities include building strong employer partnerships, conducting nationwide placement drives, and guiding students for successful career outcomes. The candidate should have excellent industry connections, strong networking and data management skills, and the ability to travel extensively.
