Job Title: Director – Placements

Position Overview:

The Director – Placements will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the college’s placement strategy, building robust industry connections, and ensuring high-quality placement outcomes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in corporate relations, talent acquisition, and institutional branding, preferably within management education.

Desired Profile:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate relations, placements, or HR leadership (preferably in B-Schools or professional education).
• Strong industry network and a proven track record of successful placement partnerships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute results-driven initiatives.
