Designation: Counsellor/Sr. Counsellor (International Process) Job Type: Full Time (Onsite) Salary Range: As per Industry Standards (Not constraint for the right candidate) Job Location: Ambegaon, Pune Roles & Responsibilities: Counsel students on their interests and choices and help them make the right career decisions. Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection. Should know the process of international application process. Provide students with information on such topics as college degree programs and admission requirements, financial aid opportunities, and apprenticeship programs. End to end process for Visa processing Evaluate individuals' abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records, interviews, and professional sources. Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration. Conduct follow-up interviews with counselees to determine if their needs have been met. Coordinate with various business associates to handle their application forms and conversions Achieving admission numbers for the year. Desired Skills and Experience: Should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with an educational institution. Must have calling experience. Graduation in any field.
