EduCADD is an Authorized CAD/CAM/CAE, Multimedia & Project Management company in existence for over 26 years and we offer end to end solutions in CAD (Computer Aided Design), CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing), Building Information Modelling (BIM), Interior Design, Digital Marketing and Information Technology programs. EduCADD deliver services through a network of over 70 centres spread across India. Currently we have opening for Student counsellors with experience in Counselling for our flagship center in Kalyan Nagar Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

Generate walk ins through tele-calling, email and other sources.

Prompt calling of leads received from Google Ads, FB and lead generating portals like Sulekha, Justdial etc.

Responsible for meeting admission targets of the center independently.

Provide course counseling based on students’ academic background and career goals.

Assist students in selecting suitable programs and creating learning plans.

Handle enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

Assist existing students with queries regarding course material, deadlines, or academic concerns. Provide necessary support throughout their learning journey.

Explain course details, fees, duration , Complete student registration formalities and documentation.

Maintain student records, admission reports, and follow-up logs,Support in organizing workshops, seminars events.

Qualifications and Skills:

l Bachelor’s degree in any field.

l Experienced and Freshers

l Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

l Computer knowledge: Knowledge on word and excel with good reading and writing skills

l Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Kannada is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Salary: INR 200,000 -INR 264,000 per year plus performance linked incentives
