Role Description

This is a full-time role for Placement Director at Nex2us India Private Limited. This is an hybrid role originated in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu working across all capitals of states in India.

The Placement Directors will oversee and manage job placement activities, will be responsible to placement related activities in designated institutions.

Establish and Build relationships with the industries at state level.

He / She is expected to target competitive positions and profiles for students in sync with those offered by the leading recruiters to students of the top institutions and formulate placement policy.

He / She will strengthen summer placements, periodic projects, internships, company visits, guest lectures, Industrial visits, etc.

He / She will also be responsible for Placement Brochure, presentation and visits to companies for promotion of students and its various programmes. Should visit Industry and build up industry interface for various training programmes, corporate projects, etc.

Qualifications

• Any Degree with 8-10 years’ experience in institutions of which at least 2-3 years should be at Middle or Top Management level.
• Candidates with experience from education institutions will be preferred.
• He/ She should have good communication & interpersonal skills.
