Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end student placement activities.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring partners for job and internship opportunities.
Organize and execute placement drives, interviews, and employer engagement sessions.
Act as a single point of contact between students, recruiters, and internal teams.
Assist students with resume preparation and interview readiness.
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination.
Maintain placement trackers, MIS, and student placement records.
Prepare weekly and monthly placement reports.
Follow up with recruiters and candidates for timely closure.
Coordinate with training teams to align student skills with industry requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
1-3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or campus placements.
Experience in Training & Placement Institutes or EdTech organizations is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with recruiters and employers.
Good knowledge of IT hiring processes.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and placement tracking tools.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
