• 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters to source job opportunities.
• 🎯 Match suitable candidates with relevant openings based on skills, interests, and employer requirements.
• 📄 Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to ensure alignment with job criteria.
• 🗓️ Schedule and manage interviews between employers and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
• 📊 Maintain comprehensive records of placements, candidate feedback, and employer insights.
• 📈 Track placed candidates’ progress, address concerns, and ensure long-term success.
• 📑 Generate and present regular reports on placement statistics, market trends, and ongoing activities.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in placement coordination, talent acquisition, recruitment, or career counseling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others achieve career success.
