Role Summary:

Placement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview Coordination

  : Organize and schedule interviews between students and companies, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

• Student Mapping

  : Identify, assess, and match students to suitable job roles based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations.

• Process Management

  : Track each stage of the placement process, from application through to offer, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

• Documentation & Reporting

  : Maintain detailed records of interviews, feedback, and placement statuses. Generate periodic reports for management review.

• Relationship Management

  : Build and nurture strong relationships with both students and company partners (CRMs) to enhance placement outcomes.

• Issue Resolution

  : Address any issues or concerns that arise during the interview process, proactively managing challenges and providing solutions.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with students and employers.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet management, Google Suite, and other tracking tools.
