As a Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for building strong industry connections, coordinating with recruiters, and guiding our students toward successful careers in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the aviation sector, strong networking skills, and the ability to manage the complete placement process end-to-end.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, ground handling companies, airports, and other aviation industry employers.
• Identify placement opportunities and drive recruitment partnerships for academy students.
• Coordinate student training, grooming, and interview preparation for aviation job roles.
• Organize career fairs, campus interviews, and industry networking sessions.
• Track placement progress and maintain detailed reports of student employability and outcomes.
• Stay updated with aviation industry hiring trends and align placement strategies accordingly.
• Act as a bridge between students and employers to ensure smooth placement processes.

• Mandatory:

  Prior experience in the aviation industry (airlines, airports, ground handling, aviation training, etc.).
• Strong industry network and understanding of aviation job roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with a student-first approach.
• Minimum (3+ years) of relevant experience.
