Job Description

Junior Pipeline Installation

Ensure compliance with IBR standards and verify IBR material specifications and certifications.
Assist in reviewing pipeline routing, drawings (P&ID, GA, Isometric), and route planning.
Handle all processes related to IBR drawings, including preparation, submission, approval follow-ups, and documentation.
Prepare material requirement lists and raise PRs in SAP.
Track and update material status as instructed.
Supervise pipeline erection, supports, and ensure quality compliance through QAP, NDT, and hydrotesting.
Coordinate IBR inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Conduct toolbox talks, monitor PPE usage, and manage site manpower planning.
Share daily progress, manpower updates, and DPRs with the reporting person.
Support drawing submission, measurement verification, billing activities, and project handover.
Maintain reporting sheets and formats as per instructions.
Carry out any other tasks or instructions assigned by the reporting person/Management.
